1. PROPERTY ID – this is the code at the beginning of the heading e.g. CV-102 or AR-2001
2. SALES – Budget, Location, Size, Lake-front, Views, Retreat, Bedrooms etc.
3. RENTALS – For rentals we need a few extra details:
   • Date of start and end of rental period.
   • How many bedrooms (& bathrooms if important).
   • How many adults and children (and their ages) in total.
   • What location/village you prefer (if a preference).
   • Budget per night/week/month.
   • Garden/patio/terrace/lake-front/lake view etc.
