A very rare vacation rental of 5 bedroom, 2-bathroom house in the centre of San Marcos la Laguna with a large oasis garden. It offers a cosy, comfortable home with lots of light and a fantastic outlook onto a lush, tranquil garden. This beautifully-decorated home has a second floor with a second living space with wonderful views over the garden and a large second bathroom. The upper floor is built using bamboo and boasts a spectacular ceiling/roof!

The house is entered through its colourful and vibrant garden – an oasis in the middle of the hustle and bustle of San Marcos. There is a covered porch leading into a fully-equipped kitchen. This in turn leads into a spacious and light living area with a fireplace, sofa bed, and French doors out into the other side of the garden. Off this living space are 2 double bedrooms, one of which also has French Doors to the garden and a lockable interior wardrobe. There is also a bathroom with shower on the ground level, through the kitchen.

A staircase in the kitchen takes you up to the second level and an office space and/or bedroom with a single bed, a large, third double bedroom, a large living space with large windows and lots of light along with 2 single beds. There is then also a larger, bathroom with shower on this level.

It is about a 5-10 walk up from the public dock and the house is close to all the wonderful alternative therapy centres, cafes, and restaurants that San Marcos boasts, but far enough away to be mostly quiet and peaceful.
