It is part of a larger property, but has its own front entrance. The front door leads into a small covered terrace and garden courtyard area. Inside is an open-plan living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, as well as the home being fully furnished, including linens and bedding.

There is a good size bedroom with a Queen bed and closet, and then the bathroom with shower (gas hot water), right next door.

It is about a 15-min walk to the market and then 20-25-min walk to Calle Santander, but very easy to get a tuk tuk.
